In just a few weeks, we will be holding our 2020 Summer Program The summer program will run from July 6th-July 24th and is mandatory for all NativityMiguel students. This
program will be entirely onlineand students will be expected to check in with each teacher everyday for three weeks
● The Summer Program will be held Monday through Friday from 8:45am-2:15pm
● All students will follow the following class schedule:
Morning Meeting Monday only
845 am
Period 1 9-1015 Math (Kresge) ELA (Polcino) Writing (Williams)
Break 1020-1040
Period 2 1040-1155 ELA (Polcino)
Writing (Williams) Math (Kresge)
Lunch 1200-100
Period 3 1-215
Writing (Williams) Math (Kresge) ELA (Polcino)
● Students are required to login to their google meet session at the above time each day
● Students and parents must contact the teacher or Mr Casey if you have a valid excuse for your absence; All students must attend
● Students will receive assignments each day and announcements will be posted
on google classroom All students must regularly check their email for
assignments and announcements
● If you need a chromebook, the school will provide you with one Contact Mr Casey as soon as possible

Trang 2● As far as we know at this point, the 8th grade will be attending the SPARK program at the University of Scranton during the week of July 20-24 More information will be provided as the dates draw nearer Students attending the SPARK program will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the University of Scranton
● 8th graders will be given additional assignments for the summer Ms Polcino and Ms Kresge will let students know what these assignments are at the beginning of the summer program
Please mark your calendar and make every effort to ensure your child is on time for this program and in attendance each day The Summer Program is an integral part of the NativityMiguel experience and helps our students to be adequately prepared for
academic success in high school and beyond.Any student who does not attend the summer program, or whose attendance is deemed unsatisfactory, may be ineligible to re-enroll at NativityMiguel the following year We are grateful for your support Please contact the school with any questions or concerns
