• A 3% maximum increase ($75.15), including debt service, for mandatory BOG approved student fees
• Fees will be charged only for limited, dedicated purposes and shall not be used to defray the costs of general academic and administrative operations of campuses, including academic
programs and faculty and administrative salaries and benefits
• Every effort should be made to keep fees for students as low as possible while providing the revenues needed to support the purpose for which the fees are charged
