Suggested sponsorship are flexibly available in varied categories of Event, reception, meal, poster publication, break, session, and as provided in the following Sponsorship credits for a particular event or category are available on a first-come, first-served basis For information on sponsor benefits, please see specific descriptions below The number of sponsorship opportunities available in each category is indicated in parentheses
Platinum Sponsor: Event Sponsor $2500 or more
This sponsor will be noted as the event sponsor with sponsor names and logos will be prominently displayed in the registration section and throughout the conference site In addition, a 20 minute presentation time will be reserved for the sponsoring agency
to present information about their organization, products and achievements Sponsor name will be prominently projected in the presentation room(s) during break sessions Sponsor names and logos will be printed on all meeting announcements mailed after sponsorship funds have been received including abstract book, flyers, and banners or signs Furthermore, event sponsorship will
be placed at the top of the other sponsorship with highlight
Gold Sponsors: $1,000 to $2,499
Gold sponsors have the choice of sponsoring various events outlined below Each Gold sponsor for the event will have sponsor
name and logo prominently displayed during the sponsored event under the heading “Support for the ORBCE 2016 event has
been provided by .” Furthermore, the sponsor’s name/logo will be printed on the outside front cover of the symposium abstract book Sponsors will be provided display space for poster or other informational material during the meeting/event
Reception Sponsorships – Meeting reception will be Tuesday evening Signage during the event will indicate sponsor near
the food and beverages
Lunch Sponsor – Sponsor names and logos will be prominently displayed in the dining area During lunch there will be a
keynote speaker The sponsors name and logo will be highlighted before and after the speakers address
Banquet Sponsor – Wednesday evening will be the awards banquet Sponsor names and logos will be prominently
displayed in the dining area The annual River Keeper Award will be given to an individual or group involved in reclamation, restoration or conservation of a river or stream within the Ohio River basin Also, the finalists for the student presentation award will be named and given certificates of achievement
Silver Sponsors: $500 to $999
Silver Sponsors have the choice of sponsoring the events outlined below Each sponsor will have name and logos prominently
displayed during the sponsored event with “Support for the ORBCRE 2016 event has been provided by ” Furthermore,
sponsor names and logos will be printed on the outside back cover of the symposium abstract book Sponsors will be provided display space for poster or other informational material during the meeting/event
Breakfast Sponsorships – Two sponsorships are available for breakfasts scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday morning
Sponsor names and logos will be prominently displayed near the food and beverages available at breakfast
Poster Sponsorships – Poster session will be displayed in or near the room where breaks and breakfasts will be provided to
attendees Sponsor names and logos will be prominently displayed during the poster session
Field Trip Sponsorship – Up to two field trips will be planned to local areas of interest Sponsor names and logos will be
displayed on informational material for the field trip and verbally acknowledged during the field trip
Bronze Sponsor: $250 to $499
Bronze sponsors have the choice of sponsoring the events outlined below Each sponsor will have their name and logo appear on
an interior page of the symposium abstract book with the designation of “Support the ORBCRE 2016 sponsored event has been
provided by ”
Publication Sponsorships – A multi-paged book of abstracts will be printed and distributed to all participants
Break Sponsorships – Each day will be breaks between sessions Sponsor names and logos will be prominently displayed
near beverages available at the break The available breaks are: Tuesday Afternoon, Wednesday Mid-Morning, Wednesday Afternoon 1, Wednesday Afternoon 2, and Thursday Mid-Morning
Session Sponsorships – Sponsors for each presentation session during the ORBCRE 2016 symposium Sponsor names and
logos will be displayed prior to each session on a PowerPoint™ slide and noted in the printed session schedule

Trang 2How to become an ORBCRE 2016 Symposium Sponsor
You can become a sponsor of the 2016 ORBCRE Symposium by completing the three simple steps described below Since sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, we ask that you indicate your top three preferences in events or categories
to sponsor If your top choice has already been assigned to another sponsor, we will automatically select your second preference If your second choice has already been assigned to another sponsor, we will automatically select your third preference If your third preference has already been assigned, we will contact you directly to discuss other options
1 Complete the sponsor registration form Be sure to indicate your top three preferences of events or categories to sponsor If your preferences include sponsoring a break, breakfast or oral presentation session, you must also indicate your preference within the category
2 Enclose a check, money order, or credit card information for the appropriate amount along with your completed registration form If your sponsorship preferences are at different dollar levels, please enclose the amount which corresponds to your first preference If you are assigned a second or third preference that is at a higher level than your first preference, you will be billed for the difference
