Thank you for your interest in The University of Akron MSW Program—Wayne Campus The attached admission materials provide information about our MSW Program and discuss program options including full-time, part-time, and advanced standing

Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received, so it is to your advantage to apply early

 February 1, 2021: Review of the applications will begin (for Advanced Standing, full-time,

and part-time)

 February 15, 2021: Priority admissions for Advanced Standing, full-time, and part-time

 March 31, 2021: Deadline for applications to the Advanced Standing program

 May 15, 2021: Deadline for applications to the full-time and part-time programs (all

supporting application documents must be received by May 31, 2021)

In order to ensure that your application is complete and meet the designated deadlines, please take note that application information must be sent to two locations: The University of Akron’s Graduate

School and the School of Social Work

 To complete the paperwork required for admission to the School of Social Work, download materials from our website: http://www.uakron.edu/socialwork/msw/ua/index.dot
