Part I: General Information

Part II: Job Purpose
To plan, schedule and expedite orders for mass released products
To respond promptly to change requests (customer and engineering phase-in / phase-out, product transfer and manufacturing released products)
To work with Supply Planning on capacity management, recommend measures and actions
To execute planned orders and follow up for prompt closures of manufacturing orders
To ensure planning parameters are accurately created and maintained in the ERP system
Part III: Major Accountabilities
1 Accountable for optimizing resources in production
2 Accountable for timely execution of change requests
3 Accountable for prompt closures of manufacturing orders
4 Accountable for product inventory turnover and obsolescence
5 To perform any other work or projects as assigned by superiors

Part IV: Job Specification
• Proficient in MRP/ERP system and Microsoft Office
advantageous
Experience: • Minimum 2 years of relevant / related experience the
manufacturing planning with MRP / ERP system
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Specific Knowledge: • Microsoft advance (excel, Access and Outlook)
• Influent in ERP (SAP, Dynamic…) to fulfill planner’s tasks
• Able to work in complex products line (high variants, difference planning model)
• LEAN manufacturing concept (JIT, KANBAN) to eliminate planning activities
• Experience in SMT production planning
• Customer focus and production optimization mindset
