2 Submit the completed application and required documents to Ms McBean, by the announced deadline No applications will be
accepted after the posted deadline.
3 Attach the following documents to the application: (a) an unofficial copy of your transcript (current semester courses should be
listed on transcript) and (b) proof of having completed the Communications Skills requirement (e.g., passing grade on transcript or letter from the Coordinator of the Communications Skills program)

1 M.A., you must have: completed 30 credit hours
2 Successfully completed all required core courses

4 Enrolled in at least a (1) credit hour during the semester in this document
5 Removed all incomplete (I) grades
6 Completed the Communications Skills program requirement by passing the examination or receiving an official exemption
