In a few days after purchase it has stopped working Firstly, the mobile phone can not access to the internet; Therefore, I can not check my email , get all the news and updates information Secondly, the quality of the sound is poor, so I can not hear incoming calls clearly Finally, the image is not clear Battery can only be used for two hours and then it runs out
After I discovered these problems, I spoke to the company representative a week ago but the phone has still not been repaired It is very impolite for staffs to
respond to customer requests They are not unpleasure I have to say that I am not satisfied with the attitude of the staff as well as the quality of the store's products
I request that you refund the money in full or replace it with a better one for me Please ensure this sort of problem does not arise again
