INTRODUCTION
Information technology (IT) is the use of any computers, storage, networking and other
physical devices, infrastructure and processes to create, process, store, secure and exchange all
forms of electronic data Typically, IT is used in the context of business operations, as opposed to
technology used for personal or entertainment purposes The commercial use of IT encompasses
both computer technology and telecommunications
Currently, in our country, this industry has a constant development and rapid growth The
IT industry affects almost every other industry, not only helping to deal with huge amounts of
information quickly, creating new types of jobs, but also creating a new turning point for the
development of society , leading to the development of human civilization
Knowing the important position of the industry and the trend of the times, many companies
have been established, and are increasingly developing and expanding their operations, providing
more and more information technology products and services Among such companies, FPT has
always been one of the leading companies in this field in Vietnam Besides, FPT is also an
enterprise with abundant and potential human resources
With the position of the company, it is really necessary to understand and analyze the human
resources team and FPT's human resources management For that reason, our group decided to
choose the human resource management of FPT as the topic of our group essay

1 General
In 1988, FPT was founded by 13 young scientists with the desire to build “a company guided by technological innovations, committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction, contributing to the nation’s prosperity and providing its employees with the most favorable work environment possible, enabling them to reach their full potential in terms of their careers and personal lives.”
Thanks to continuous innovation and pioneering spirit in bringing the most optimal technology products/ solutions/ services to its customers, FPT has developed robustly in recent years FPT is the largest ICT company in the private sector in Vietnam with more than 30,000 employees, including 17,728 technology employees and 48 offices in 26 countries and territories abroad FPT is also the leader in several business areas in Vietnam: Software outsourcing; System integration; Software development; IT services, etc

Trang 6In the past 30 years, FPT has not only pioneered in building and developing Vietnamese-branded software; applying technology to life, creating benefits to people and businesses; modernizing national backbone industries; providing young people with education and practical training, but also been the leader in the sector of software export, contributed in bringing Vietnamese wisdom to the world
In Vietnam, most of the large information systems in state agencies and key economic sectors of Vietnam are built and developed by FPT In Industry 4.0, FPT is the pioneer in researching and developing new technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc FPT is also the pioneer company in Vietnam when being in partnership with world-leading technology corporations such as GE (Predix), Siemens (MinSphere), Airbus (Skywise), Amazon AWS, etc., to create the most advanced digital platforms
FPT’s position has been recognized worldwide and confirmed by a customer list comprising more than 600 large corporations in the world, 100 of which is listed in the Global Fortune 500 Several big names can be mentioned: Toshiba, Hitachi, Airbus, Deutsche Bank, Unilever, Panasonic, etc

SITUATION
2.1 Pre-recruitment
2.1.1 Strategic Business Objectives
The business plan for the years 2021-2023 is “FPT’s long-term strategic goal is to become a digital enterprise and stand in the top 50 global leading end-to-end Digital Transformation solutions and services providers by 2030, with a focus on profitability, productivity and innovation.”1
To that end, FPT has created an action plan that incorporates a balanced and holistic framework that encompasses the three elements of: Business, Technology and People
In the field of People, FPT focuses on the 06 important programs:
• Objectives and Key Results (OKR): Applying OKR methodology to create compatible impacts in strategies and actions at all levels and to each employee
• Digital Transformation (DX): Developing digital initiatives, promoting DX processes within the Corporation according to FPT Digital Kaizen methodology
• Performance-based salary package: Creating transparency and fairness in salary payment which is based on performance Thereby creating a strong and motivated dedication in each employee
• Enhancing management eciency at functional departments: Continue to improve reporting channels, alignment and synergy in activities throughout the whole corporation
• Discipline compliance: Continue to implement the mechanism of commendation and criticism on the principle of assigning and accepting tasks between superiors and subordinates Effective performance will be promptly commended and rewarded and poor performance will receive prompt reassessment with an action plan for improvement
• Rotation: Maintain the creativity and dedication of the top and middle managers through new challenges and experiences

2.1.2 Human resource (HR) plan
2.1.2.1 FPT Corporation's human resource situation
FPT is a company focused on most large information technology staff in VietNam Since its inception, the company's workforce base has steadily grown With a total of 22,000 employees, including 8500 programmers, IT engineers, and technologists; 300 overseas staff In the company, the labor structure consists of 73.99% employees with university degree and postgraduate and 26.1% with under college diploma; 67% of the workforce are under 30 years old
2.1.2.2 HR plan
With the given strategy, the company needs to have a reasonable and effective recruitment plan Therefore, after reviewing the company's strategy and existing human resources, the human resources department proposed a plan to recruit some positions in 2021
According to the orientation in the coming period is to focus on developing the field of digital transformation, FPT needs to recruit in November, December 2021:

All of the positions listed above need candidates to have a university degree or higher, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to read and analyze English documents
FPT is a corporation that follows the strategy of diversifying the complex, as well as the introduction of a new strategy Therefore, the HR department aims to recruit individuals for other departments in addition to the roles listed above in December 2021:

As a result, FPT hired over 70 positions in different departments in December 2021 alone The firm has a strong and distinct culture, a dynamic working environment, an appealing compensation and incentive plan, hence the number of applications submitted to the company during each recruiting season is exceptionally high Consequently, FPT has the benefit of constantly being able to select excellent and suitable staff
2.1.3 Job Analysis
In a human resource management system, job analysis is a critical procedure This step is also very crucial for FPT With the company's characteristics of functioning in many different industries, the number of employees is quite wide and diversified, therefore job analysis is a critical step to assist the human resources department operate effectively and save as much money as possible They are not replicated in phases such as human resource planning, training and development, performance assessment, salary and rewards Especially, in addition to assisting applicants in understanding the company's objectives, they also clearly define tasks and responsibilities
