2. Competences:

3. Attitude:

-Actively participate in activities with their class mates in pairs, groups or class . Educate Ss about asking and answering about school subjects.

Activity 2:Look, listen and repeat ( 14’)

*Aim: help Ss to find out new words;

- Have ss look at pictures a, b, c and d. Elicit the identification of the characters in the pictures and the characters’ words. Tell Ss that they are going to listen and tick the correct pictures about school subjects.

- Guess the answer

- Play the recording 2 times ss to listen and tick the boxes.

- Compare the answer with the partner.

- Play the recording again ss check their answers.

*Outcome: SS can improve listening skill about greeting and self- introduction.

Activity 3: Let’s write (10’)

*Aim: help ss to improve writing

skillsaboutgreeting and self- introduction.

*Procedure:

- Have ss open their books. Get Ss to read the text. Tell Ss that they are going to look the pictures about school subjects, read the text and fill the suitable words into the gaps.

- Ss read individually silently and complete the sentences.

- Pair works. Ss give their answers for correction.

- Ask some ss to read their answers aloud to the class .

- T checks and corrects.

Activity 4: Let’s sing (9’)

-Look and listen.

- Call on one group to perform the song at the front of the class . The rest of the class clap the rhythm.
