To ensure about scientific aspect, the research carried out through two main stages: preliminary and formal research Specific implementation of phase two studies are presented in detail below

3.2.1 Preliminary research

Preliminary studies done by two methods: qualitative research and quantitative research The purpose of qualitative research to discover the factors that affect student satisfaction and learning activities, which adjust the scale to suit the characteristics of the study Qualitative research was conducted by five experts discussed with senior and managerial positions, combined with the reference materials in the country from which the draft scale The next step is quantitative research done by interviewing 42 people in a convenient sampling way to detect errors in questionnaire and scale testing The result of this step is to develop a questionnaire to interview for the officially research (quantitative research)

3.4 Officially research

The research is officially conducted by quantitative research method right after the questionnaire was revised from the preliminary research results (formal interview panel - see Appendix) This research surveyed direct customers to collect survey data Study subjects are students studying in HCMCOU

During this period, research carried out data collection with the sample size is 195 valid surveys Method of data collection by questionnaire was broadcast live to the individuals and recorded immediately after complete response To achieve the above sample size,
