2 Main duties and responsibilities
- To teach in the subject that assigned by Dean of Faculty follows the timetable
from Training Department and associated
- To teach materials for courses follows the course syllabus
- To support student exchange program, arrange and organize outside campus
activities for exchanged students
- To participate in the development and marking of exams and other assessments.
- To assess students and checking attendance timely and send point evaluation to
Training Department at the end of semester
- To carry out research activities, establishing research group, reviewing and
publishing scientific research
- To organize conference and support in conference organization.
- To support student exchange program, arrange and organize outside campus
activities for exchanged students
3 Personal specification
- Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;
- From full 18 years old and above and within the working age as prescribed;

Collaborating with the Council to develop a knowledge test for candidates with a duration of 60 minutes and score them on a 50-point scale
After taking the test, the candidates attend an in-depth interview and a sample lecture for
a part of the subject knowledge with a standard time of 15 minutes Then, they will prepare for their demographic lesson and finish within 30 minutes The council of interviewing and grading lectures consists of Dean, Head/Deputy Head of Department and Head of Academic Affairs Department

Part 2: Attending lectures at classes and professional seminars
Attending lectures at classes and participating in professional seminars at the faculty level Thereby, lecturers understand the teaching culture at UEB, effective methods of knowledge transfer, methods of preparing learning materials and interacting with students
Part 3: Participating in defending scientific research, defending grassroots thesis to understand scientific research activities at UEB.
In this part, new lecturers will participate in a faculty-level scientific research defense session Thereby, the lecturers will understand more about the method as well as the assessment that the council always do at UEB

Teaching quality is always a high priority at UEB To motivate students, lecturers need to have appropriate teaching methods Therefore, the recruitment and training of lecturers is always an extremely important step This is also a condition for UEB to become a leading university in the field of economics both in terms of teaching methods and quality
