When choosing a career, there are many factors that influence my decision I believe that other factors are equally important, but for me, the two main factors are comfortable working conditions and job satisfaction Those are also two parts
of my talk today
1 Let's discuss job satisfaction: So What Is Job Satisfaction?
"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
-Confucius-You have probably heard that quote before, yet it may still have relevance today
It makes us ask whether emotions like happiness, stress, and anxiety play an important role in job satisfaction
If your job brings in a lot of money but does not fulfill your personal needs, you will get disappointed and won't work to your capacity On the other hand, with a job in which you can have fun, you will do everything you can for the job
This leads to higher productivity
Irrespective of their job titles or salary, I feel the persons who are more satisfied with their job, whether they feel with the rewards they are getting, or with
recognition, can produce more and do it more efficiently

Besides job satisfaction, working in a pleasant environment is also more
significant in choosing a job
Firstly, personal relationships and the atmosphere in a workplace are extremely important when choosing a job Having a good manager or friendly colleagues, for example, can make a huge difference of happiness and general quality of life Secondly, the satisfaction will rapidly mend us to the growth
opportunity, and it is another aspect people often sought for in their careers Furthermore, pleasure can also inspire positivity and creative ability
In conclusion, besides money or any factor, job satisfaction and comfortable working conditions which will ensure a work-life balance is also important
Moreover, career growth and working happiness often drive us to choose a job that brings us more motivation to perform a task
