I Objectives

1 Knowledge:

- By the end of lesson pupils will be able to pronounce correctly the sounds of

the letters ir as in first, ur as in Thursday and er as in her.

- Vocabulary: Review

*Activity 1: Listen and repeat (10’)

- Ask the students open the book on page 22

- T asks Ss to read the title

- Ss: read

- Tell Ss that they are going to practice saying the

sounds of the letters ir as in first, ur as in

Thursday and er as in her.
