- Use wood clamp to fix lateral cover, drill for screw as per indicated positions

- Dùng kẹp gỗ cố đinh hông áo, khoan bắt vít liên kết theo vị trí quy định

- Connection screw must not be visual upon completion of assembly

- Các đầu vít liên kết phải không được nhìn thấy khi hoàn thiện tủ

- The positions of connection screws must coincide with rails, hinge feet or shelf floors

- Vị trí bắt vít liên kết phải trùng với vị trí tầng kệ, ray hộc kéo, hay đế bản lề

2 Cut wood plate under the measured dimensions and fix screw into cabinet body in

- Các đầu vít liên kết phải không được nhìn thấy khi hoàn thiện tủ

- The positions of connection screw must coincide with rails, hinge feet or shelf floors

Measure the length of bottom skirting panel, cut the appropriate length and fit into thespecified position

Đo kích thước chiều dài len chân, cắt độ dài phù hợp và lắp vào vị trí quy định

Note:

- If the bottom skirting panel is aluminum, insert the bass into the plastic foots

- Nếu len chân nhôm thì lắp bas gài vào chân

- If the bottom skirting panel is wood, fix screw from upper of the bottom to the

bottom skirting panel, using the screw cap to cover the screw exposed

- Nếu len chân gỗ thì bắt vít liên kết từ phía trên tấm đáy xuống len chân , dùng miếng dán đầu vít che phần vít lộ ra

1 The steps similar to the lower cabinet

Lắp thùng tủ bếp trên thao tác giống tủ bếp dưới

2 Take elevation of cabinet on wall in accordance with drawing, use level to measurehorizontal direction and mark hanger plate, then drill wall and insert expansion bolt,connect Hanger plate to wall by connection nut, and fasten well

Lấy mực cao độ lắp tủ trên tường theo bản vẽ, dùng thước cân thủy cân phương

ngang và đánh dấu vị trí bas treo, sau đó tiến hành khoan tường và bắt tắt kê phù

hợp, liên kết bas treo với tường bằng vít liên kết, siết cứng cáp và chắc chắn

 Note: Checking the lintel position in kitchen and comparing with the hanger plate position/ kiểm tra vị trí lanh tô bếp và đối chiếu với vị trí bass treo.

3 Fix cabinet module to hanger plate on wall in accordance with orders on drawing

Móc module tủ vào vị trí bas treo tường theo thứ tự trong bản vẽ

4 Use wood clamp to fix, drill for screwing as per indicated positions

Dùng kẹp gỗ cố đinh, khoan bắt vít liên kết theo vị trí quy định

Step 10: Essembly the adjustable bar, top skirting panel, later cover

Bươc 10 : Lắp gia giảm, chỉ nóc, hông áo

- After fixing cabinet body, assemble adjustable bar (if any), then install later cover, topskirting panel (if any)

- Sau khi cố định thùng tủ, ta tiến hành lắp gia giảm(nếu có), sau đó lắp hông áo, chỉ nóc (nếu có)

- The steps similar to the lower cabinet

- Các thao tác như lắp tủ dưới

- Các đầu vít liên kết phải không được nhìn thấy khi hoàn thiện tủ

- The positions of connection screws must coincide with rails, hinge feet

A Position of hinge or lift system / Vị trí bản lề hoặc

Step 13: Essembly of door, hingle and handle

Bước 13 : Lắp cánh cửa, bản lề và tay nắm

- After connecting all body of cabinets, we proceed install the hingles into drilled readypositions to linking the door and body of cabinet

- Sau khi liên kết các thùng tủ xong, ta tiến hành lắp bản lề vào vị trí khoan chờ sẵn để liên kết cánh tủ và thùng tủ

- Insert handle to the doors of cabinet

- Gắn tay nắm vào cánh tủ

- Fix the hingles properly so that the opening corner not be tight, impacted when opening

or closing the doors

- Cân chỉnh bản lề phù hợp để các góc mở không bị cấn, va đập khi mở đóng cửa

- Usingscrewdriverto adjusting the doors to ensure the gap between 2 doors is 2mm

- Dùng tua vít điều chỉnh cánh cửa để đảm bảo độ hở giữa 2 cánh là 2mm

- Depending on the type of hingles, we have different adjustment, refer to theinstructions of the supplier

- Tùy từng loại bản lề ta có cách điều chỉnh khác nhau, tham khảo tài liệu hướng dẫn của nhà cung cấp

Step 14: Essembly of stone, facilities and light

 Tiling of stone surface/Lắp mặt đá

- Upon the completion of the above steps, we measure dimensions and cut stone plate forinstallation on kitchen cabinet (note that joints of stone must be in good appearance, payattention to positions of basin, tap for accurate cutting)

- Sau khi hoàn thiện các bước trên, ta tiến hành đo kích thước và cắt mặt đá lắp tủ (chú ý các vị trí ghép, nối đá phải thẩm mỹ).

- Extruding out of the side panel with dip groove beneath to prevent water leak to cabinet

- Cắt rảnh dưới mặt đá để ngăn nước.

- Fill silicone along upper side of cabinet of body before fixing stone plate

- Bơm silicone dọc theo cạnh trên thùng tủ trước khi lắp cố định mặt đá.

 Installation of facilities and light/Lắp thiết bị và đèn.

- Install light and facilities according to the instructions of the supplier /

- Lắp đèn và thiết bị theo hướng dẫn của nhà cung cấp.

 Notice/Lưu ý:

- Fill silicon in appropriate quantity to avoid spilling, waiting silicon to become hard beforewatering

- Bơm silicon vừa đủ, tránh dư, đợi silicone khô hẳn mới tiếp xúc với nước.

- Read usage and installation manuals carefully issued by the supplier

- Đọc kỹ các hướng dẫn sử dụng và hướng dẫn lắp đặt các thiết bị của nhà cung cấp.

- Read drawings on handling to avoid mistakes in installation

- Đọc kỹ bản vẽ thiết kế khi thao tác, tránh nhầm lẫn trong lắp đặt.

Step 15: Reinstatement, cleaning, alignment

Các yêu cầu hoàn thiện nghiệm thu sản phẩm lắp đặt

- After completion of kitchen cabinet according the design location, we check allcabinet bodies, equipment, accessories and joint points to make sure that they areinstalled in proper manner in compliance with technical and cosmetic requirement

- Sau khi hoàn thiện lắp tủ bếp vào đúng vị trí thiết kế, kiểm tra lại tất cả thùng tủ, thiết

bị, phụ kiện và các vị trí bắt liên kết phải đảm bảo chắc chắn và cố định, thẩm mỹ,

đúng tiêu chuẩn lắp ráp theo yêu cầu của dự án.

- All door leaves and drawers must be in gentle closing/opening status

- Tất cả cánh cửa, hộc kéo phải đóng mở êm, nhẹ nhàng

- Drawer surfaces and door leaves must be tight upon closing without any gap or

crookedness

- Mặt hộc kéo, cánh cửa ôm sát tủ khi đóng, không bị vênh hay hở.

- Adjust door leaves and drawers to make sure that the gap is 2mm

- Cân chỉnh cánh cửa, hộc kéo đảm bảo độ hở không quá 2mm

- All screw heads must be covered with caps

- Connection screws of cabinet bodies must be in right positions

- On installation, avoid breaking side, edges and deforming, peeling surfaces, equipmentand accessories

- Installation contains right equipment and accessories, comply with enclosed drawings

- Lay tarpaulin on floor to protect floor, corner of the wall, edge of the wall and materialbefore installation.

- Trải bạc bảo vệ nền nhà, các góc tường và cạnh tường, bảo vệ phôi trước khi đưa phôi vào lắp đặt

- Check, clean inside and outside cabinet bodies, doors, drawers, use white rag soakedwith kerosene to clean dirty tracks

- Kiểm tra, lau chùi trong và ngoài tủ, cánh tủ, hộc kéo, dùng dẻ lau màu trắng thấm dầu hôi lau các vết ố, dơ, lem,…

- The maximum of the silicone joint width after finishing is 4mm

- Độ dày tối đa của đường nối silicon sau khi hoàn thiện là 4mm

- Clean working area; check the operation of equipment before handing over

- Quét dọn sạch sẽ khu vực lắp đặt, kiểm tra hoạt động vận hành của các thiết bị trước khi bàn giao.

Step 4: Put the carcass in place

- Determine the corner of the wardrobe follow shopdrawing/design drawing

- Lắp các thùng tủ tiếp theo theo đúng vị trí, dùng kẹp gỗ cố định, bắt vít liên kết theo vị

trí quy định qui định trong bản vẽ

- Adjust the plastic foots until the 2 carcasses aligned

Điều chỉnh chân tủ cho đến khi 2 thùng tủ thẳng hàng

- Fixed both carcasses together using screw

Cố định 2 module tủ với nhau bằng vít liên kết

Step 5: Essembly of later cover, adjustable bar, top skirting and bottom panel.

Bước 5 : Lắp hông áo, gia giảm, len chân, chỉ nóc

- Install side panel, clamp and fix by screw

Lắp tấm hông áo, dùng kẹp gỗ để cố định hông áo và bắn vít liên kết

- Screw location should be aligned with the pin or hinge location

Vị trí vít liên kết nên thẳng hàng với vị trí của chốt kệ hoặc bản lề

- Measure the distance between the carcass and the wall, cut the board according tomeasured dimensions and crew the link into carcass at the specified position

- Đo khoảng cách từ thùng tủ với tường, cắt ván theo kích thước đã đo và bắn vít vào vị

trí thùng tủ theo quy định

- Measure the length of the foot, cut the appropriate length and fit to the specifiedlocation by screw

- Measure the length of the roof only, cut the appropriate length and fit to the specifiedlocation, screw up the screw connection from the bottom up as prescribed and fix thescrew cap

- Install the cloth’s hanger, fix the pin onto the side panel by screw

- Lắp đặt thanh treo quần áo, cố định bass treo vào hông tủ bằng vít liên kết

- Install pin for shelves and slides for drawer, fix by screw

- Gắn chốt kệ vào tấm đợt kệ và lắp ray cho hộc kéo, cố định bằng ốc liên kết.

- After connecting all body of the wardrobe, we proceed install the hingles into drilledready positions to linking the door and body of cabinet

- Sau khi liên kết các thùng tủ xong, ta tiến hành lắp bản lề vào vị trí khoan chờ sẵn để liên kết cánh tủ và thùng tủ

- Insert handle to the wardrobe

- Lắp tay nắm tủ áo

- Fix the hingles properly so that the opening corner not be tight, impacted when opening

or closing the doors

- Cân chỉnh bản lề phù hợp để các góc mở không bị cấn, va đập khi mở đóng cửa

- Cover and protect the product until handover

- Bọc PE và bảo vệ sản phẩm cho tới khi bàn giao

Step 8: Essembly of door, hingle and handle for the sliding door

- After connecting all body of wardrobe, pull the rails into place according to theaccessories supplies by the manufacturer

- Sau khi liên kết các thùng tủ xong, ta tiến hành lắp ray kéo vào vị trí theo hướng dẫn lắp đặt của nhà cung cấp

- Insert handle to the wardrobe

- Lắp tay nắm tủ áo

- Calibrate to pull the door is not required, move smoothly and smoothly

- Cân chỉnh để khi kéo không bị cấn, di chuyển nhẹ nhàng và êm
