1 Burnt bricks – AAC bricks – Concrete bricks:
- Masonry materials: tensile strength must meet the design requirements There are
enough available conformity of certificates and test reports When materials come into site,
we have to check their COCQ document and do sampling When passing the test, materials
can be used for construction Do not throw or dump Burnt bricks - AAC bricks – Concrete bricks in the loading and unloading process
- After entering site, Burnt bricks - AAC bricks – Concrete bricksare arranged following types and dimension at dried area They have to keep away from inclement
weather, chipping or damage
- The wet AAC bricks and concrete bricks will not be used until havingbeen dried
Arranging bricks height do not exceed 2m Material must be covered by plastic sheets in
rainy days

2 Mortar:
- The mortar for this project is ready-mixed mortar by machine and compressive
strength should be minimum 7.5MPa
- Mortar is a mixture include cement and sand, has to be mixed dried by machine It
will be transported to the construction area and added water before using This mixture has
to be used within 01 hour from adding water Water ratio should be followed instruction of
app roved cement’s manufacturer, if mixing wet the ratio will be 1 cement: 3sand: 1.03 water
- Special mortar for AAC brick is ready-mixed and packed, It will added water and mixed carefully before using Follow manufacturer’s instruction, 1 bag 25 kilo mixes with 6~7 litter running water
- Cement and sand have to be measured by the same bucket and used water is running
water
- Sand for masonry (take from river, not have clay and other impurities) shall be clean

ration mortar ) must be approved by consultant and delivered enough into the site
- The worker must be skill and well-equipped masonry tools
- Before doing masonry, clean the floor and keep construction surface even
