II、 Quy trình thi công/Workmanship procedure:

Chuẩn bị bề mặt → kiểm tra độ ẩm → bả matic → tiến hành sơn → nghiệm thu → bảo vệ

Prepairation surface → check humidity → putty → painting → inspection → protection

III、 Quá trình thực hiện/Operation sequence:

- Vệ sinh bề mặt sạch sẽ, không có rong rêu, nấm mốc, dầu mỡ, nấm mốc, gỗ, đinh,

- Clean surface, no moss, oil, wood, nails,

thiểu 28 ngày trở đi mới có thể tiến hành thi công sơn bả)

- With freshly plastered wall/concrete surface, must ensure enough time for curing and dry time (minimum 28 days onwards can carry out painting)

- Follow manufacturer’s specification mix putty powder with water ratio

1water:3powder (14~16litter of clean water/one bag of putty powder of 40 kg)

- Cho nước vào thùng trộn trước, sau đó đổ bột vào từ từ, khuấy đều để tránh vón cục, dùng máy trộn đều trong 3~5 phút

- Put the water in the mixing tank first, then mix and stir water and putty powder by machine withing 3~5 minutes to prevent curdle
