PART A: INTRODUCTION

1 Rationale

Education plays an important role with each country, especially with the economic development, which is the same in Vietnam In the country, if the rate of educated person is high, it means the indicators of economic development will also

go up The high quality workforce who is better skilled and trained in an accurate education will be a motivation for future growth

Vietnam recognizes education as a national priority Since 2008, the

government has been spending 20% of its budget on education The government’s strong commitment to education and long standing cultural and social support for education have led to significant progress in the sector

Vietnam has high primary school completion rates, strong gender parity, low student/teacher ratios, and a low out of school rate The country policy

“Fundamental School Quality Level Standards” provided universal access to

education and ensured that minimal conditions were met in every primary school

Vietnam is known for its rigorous curriculum that is deemed competitive forstudents Secondary education is one of the most significant social issues in the country: designated schools known as "High schools for the gifted" are regarded as prestigious and often demand high entrance examination results Higher education

is also a fundamental cornerstone in Vietnamese society Entrance to university is determined through the National High School Graduation Examination, whose

results will be considered for evaluation The higher the score is, the more

prestigious the institution will be

Despite these achievements, the country still faces some challenges

Access and quality are still concerns for lower secondary education and quality is

overcome; the quality of education is still low, taking care to develop more quantitythan quality, there are still many unsatisfactory contents compared to the country's development requirements

Education content, programs and methods are outdated, slow to innovate, slow to modernize, not yet associated with social life and professional labor; not promote creativity, practical capacity of students

In this paper I am going to carry out the topic of “The translation in education.”

The following are the purposes of the internship:

- An internship provides a real life experience and exposure It enables the intern to gain first-hand exposure of working in the real life which is

remarkably valuable towards the intern’s career

- It allows the student to harness the skill, knowledge and theoretical practice been taught in the university To provide the students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge in real work situation thereby closing the gap between

c) Functions and Duties of Dolphin English Center

The center is one of the top centers of Phu Tho province with candidates taking theCambridge exam and achieving excellent results, making high marks withinternational examiners
