Nội dung nghiên cứu
Đề tài được tập trung nghiên cứu các nội dung sau đây:
Thực trạng mắc các bệnh thường gặp ở chó được mang đến khám và điều trị tại phòng khám thú y Thái Bình.
Thực trạng mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus gây ra ở chó được mang đến khám và điều trị tại phòng khám thú y Thái Bình (tổ 41, đường
Võ Nguyên Giáp, phường Hoàng Diệu, TP.Thái Bình).
Một số đặc điểm dịch tễ của bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do parvovirus gây ra ở chó.
Xác định các triệu chứng lâm sàng chủ yếu trên chó mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus.
Nghiên cứu một số chi tiêu sinh lý máu của chó mắc bệnh viêm ruột truyền nhiễm do Parvovirus gây ra.

3.5.4 Theo dõi các triệu chứng lâm sàng ở chó mắc bệnh Parvovirus
Thân nhiệt (ºC): Dùng nhiệt kế điện tử đo nhiệt độ trực tràng vào buổi sáng hoặc trước khi điều trị.
Tần số hô hấp (lần/phút): Dùng ống nghe, nghe vùng phổi trong một phút, nghe ba lần lấy giá trị trung bình.
Tần số tim mạch (lần/phút): Dùng ống nghe, nghe vùng tim trong một phút, nghe ba lần lấy giá trị trung bình.

3.5.6 Phương pháp mổ khám quan sát đại thể
Tiến hành mổ khám chó mắc bệnh Parvovirus bị chết để quan sát các tổn thương đại thể Phương pháp mổ khám bao gồm các bước sau:

Bước 5: Kiểm tra màng, dịch xoang bao tim, mở kiểm tra cơ, van, chân cầu bên trong tim.
Bước 6: Kiểm tra hạch Amidan, sau đó rạch thanh quản, khí quản, phế quản, phế nang phổi kiểm tra bên trong về màu sắc độ đàn hồi.
Bước 7: Rạch kiểm tra chất chứa bên trong thực quản, gạt bỏ chất chứa để kiểm tra niêm mạc.

Bước 12: Lấy các cơ quan, tổ chức cho vào Formol 10% để làm tiêu bản vi thể.
3.5.7 Sơ đồ bố trí thí nghiệm điều trị bệnh viêm ruột tiêu chảy do Parvovirus Phác đồ Thuốc điều trị
Phác đồ II: phác đồ I + interferon : 1ml/6kgTT.
Trong đó phác đồ II là phác đồ phòng khám sử dụng.
Liệu trình điều trị tối đa 7 ngày.
Sau 3-4 ngày nếu như con vật có tiến triển khả quan (tươi tỉnh hơn, không sốt, cầm được nôn, cầm được đi ngoài), tiên lượng tốt thì sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng phác đồ đó cho đến khi chó khỏi bệnh.
