The aim of this report is to evaluate the three entertainment events we organized last year namely Theatre Trip, Music Evening, and Annual Party Below are the three programs
The theatre Trip (March 19)
It can be said that the choice of play was excellent It was as funny as had been described
in our advertisement However, no many people came to the event To make the matter worse, we lost a lot of money on this event due to the cost of the coach to the venue My suggestion to the next year’s event, we should advertise more extensively to attract more people
Music Evening (June 20)
This event was greatly successful with a large turn-out We were able to choose excellent bands from the locality, and the atmosphere was so good that every attendance enjoyed every minute of it Demand for this music show was high and all tickets were sold out days before the event This without doubt generated a huge profit, which means we can replicate this model in future
Annual Party (August 1)
For this event, changes should be made to how it will be organized in future We did not sell tickets in advance and did underestimate how many people would come to the party
As a result, the party was overcrowded On the other hand, the varied food provided at the party appeared to satisfy all tastes, and we were able to make a small profit It is advisable that tickets should be booked in advanced so that the number of guests can be projected
Conclusion
All in all, with the aforementioned suggestions, I hope that these events in the future will bring a great success
