An Invitation to Participate in Continuing Dental

Education

The purchaser of this text, LWW’s Dental Drug Reference with Clinical

Implications, Second Edition, or a single designee, can earn two (2) hours of

Continuing Education (CE) Credit for each of the seven chapters found in the Clinical Medicine and Therapeutics section of the text Participants will earn CE Credit by correctly answering 80% of the questions on a self-administered test The CE tests for this text are offered by the Office of Continuing Education at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Dental School, which

is recognized by The American Dental Association Continuing Education

Recognition Program (ADA CERP) and the Academy of General Dentistry Since CE Credit requirements vary from state to state, participants are encouraged to contact their State Boards for information regarding their state’s specific

requirements.

Participants can take the test(s) electronically for $15.00 per chapter by

registering on the UTHSCSA web site at:

http://smile.uthscsa.edu

To access the Continuing Education courses, click on the CDE Testing Center,

then choose LWW’s Dental Drug Reference from the pull down menu If you are a

first time user you must register Follow the instructions on the screens to

complete the test.
