+ Những động từ tận cùng là chữ “e” thì ta phải bỏ “e” rồi mới thêm “ing”
+ Động từ có một âm tiết, nếu tần cùng là một phụ âm, trước nó là một nguyên âm thì ta phải gấp đôi phụ âm cuối rồi mới thêm “ing”

*Khi muốn nói người, vật ở xa ta dùng:

* Trong câu hỏi với “This/ That”, câu trả lời ta có thay “This/ That” bằng “It”

V Động từ khiếm khuyết (Modal verbs): Can/ Can’t/ Must/ Mustn’t:
- can # can’t: có thể # không thể
- must # mustn’t: phải, được phép # không phải, không được phép
- Sau động từ tình thái, chúng ta luôn luôn đi với một động từ nguyên mẫu
* S + can/ can’t/ must/ mustn’t + V-infinitive + …

Ex: Which class are you in? - I’m in class 6A

- Xác định từ để hỏi
- Viết be/will hoặc do/does

VII Câu hỏi trả lời với Yes/ No: (Yes/No questions)
- Những câu hỏi bắt đầu là Is/ Are/ Do/ Does, chúng ta phải trả lời là Yes hay No
- Khi trả lời Yes/ No, chúng ta phải thay thế bằng 1 đại từ nhân xưng
EX:

VIII Giới Từ: (Preposition)
1 Thời gian :
- AT + giờ (Ex: I get up at six o’clock in the morning)
- ON+ thứ (Ex: We have History on Wenesday)
- IN + buổi (in the morning/ in the afternoon), tháng, năm.
2 Nơi chốn :
- IN + tỉnh, thành phố, đất nước (Ex: I live in Ho Chi Minh city./ She lives in a big city.
In the country/ in the city
