I Aims : By the end of lesson Ss will be able to greet and express greetings

phrases using “How are you? I’m fine thank you And you? They also learn how to pronunciations in words “ Hello, Thanks”

II Language focus:

● Sentences patterns: Hello, Mrs Lan How are you?

I’m fine, thanks

Are you Ok , Nga? Yes I am Ok now

Let’s go together

 Vocabularies: Ok, together…

Play games: Greeting: Play

game with 4 team First look at

the picture and identify the

characters and read the signs

- Whole class divided

into 4 teams

20’ 2 New lesson:

A Read and match:

- Pre read: Ask them to look

at book and identify the characters in the picture

Then Tell them that they are going to read dialogues and then match of them in the right picture

- While Read: Ss read the dialogues individual and do the task

+ Work in pairs and practice the dialogues

+ Call Ss to report answers + Teacher makes some few questions to check the Ss’

comprehension of the

picture , puppets, book and picture

- Look and identify the

characters in picture

- Work in pairs

+ What’s his/ her name?

-Student practice ask and answer:

How are you?.

- Turn on the tape and ask Ss to

listen and repeat the dialogue

- Call some Ss to read aloud

before class to repeat each line of

the dialogue a few time to

reinforce their pronunciations

- Note and give to understand:
