1 REASONS FOR SELECTING THEME.
Vietnam has been developing its reach to catch up with the civilization of the world and humanity Therefore, the request must be set up before the qualifications and competence of the generations, especially the younger generation To broaden their perspective and exchanges with other countries in the world, the first thing to keep in mind is language proficiency.The language that the country can communicate with each other is English, or in other words, English is the international language Both the economic relations and scientific texts now mostly used English So that the generation of civil servants, students, pupils and other classes of society are very much confused in using English The ability to use English in their work as well as in communication with foreigners is very limited For foreign language certificate is only a matter dealing, form, not really qualified, and each individual has not really aware of the importance of learning language Students who are learning foreign language textbooks with heavy program should easily be boring and lead to low academic performance Nowadays, the awareness of people about the importance of English has improved step by step However, many teachers are still confused in how to organize teaching They have not really thinking director, new teaching methods and modern teaching And most specifically, there is no guidance on the level of enthusism for this subject
Especially, in the primary education, English is not a basic subject, sometimes with the idea that primary students are too young to learn a foreign language In my opinion, it is completely wrong idea.In the real life, a new baby
Trang 5could talk, be able to learn and remember the words very quickly According to research by scientists abroad, children from 3 to 4 years old learning to speak a foreign language is the most effective According to my own experience, I think that primary school students acquire better language than students at different ages Because at that age students reach their native language, are interested in studying and analyzing the language, the native language of thinking that they can apply to learn language They also due to longer remember all the excitement, curiosity and the novelty of a particular languages
However, teaching them how to bring new efficiency to discuss issues and concerns is not very easy Students who are diferent ages have the content knowledge and language teaching different forms, for the junior and senior high school age, the knowledge impart is much easier Primay students must do so in order to convey knowledge that is simple and easy to understand, easy to remember Classic method of teaching is not able to guide students to read the texts clearly and give grammar formula to student self-assembly For awareness
of primary school students are learning in the model, the formula is not effective, but learning how to "learn through playing, learn to play that But how
to play effectively to learn must depend on the organizational form of teaching
As well as teaching mathematics and Vietnamese, English for primary students are required inspire the students in the class to deepen their knowledge to help them remember all the longer There have been many forms of organizational learning the game, but the game just short of the lessons to incorporate into their programs to reinforce the lesson For a long time I concern myself and think of organizing an English rewarding playground for primary school students to increase fun for students to learn in English
Academic year 2008 - 2009 Department of Primary Education chair and coordinate with the Vietnam Education Publishing organized exchanges Olympic Primary English This is a useful playground and which motivates teachers and students in teaching and learning English To participate in the playground well with such large organizations teachers themselves in each school should be able to organize their students the same playing field In order
to improve the quality of teaching and learning in English in primary school, especially creating excitement for primay school students we must innovate the way of teaching and learning English so that we can improve their foreign language skills to the younger generation, creating movement for the growth of our country, I myself have a some experiences to contribute to building systems innovation of teaching methods Here I would like to present the content of the
theme: "“ Improving grade 3 students’ speaking skill through holding English club”

2 PURPOSE
The purpose of the research is the study of foreign language teaching situation for students and language learning of primary school students , their interest in
Trang 6the subject , method of learning foreign languages in order to find out strengths and weaknesses in their learning methods , as well as in the teacher's teaching methods , which sets out the measures to improve the quality of learning English
in primary school
Due to the above purposes , the subject needs to solve the following tasks :
1- To study the scientific basis and practical basis of the teaching and learning English in primary school
2- Current status of elementary teaching English and causes to the current situation
3 - Adjust the internal distribution unit , propose innovative methods of teaching and learning.Improving the quality of teaching and learning in all systems related to each game of content lesson
4- Determine and execute the result ,the interest in learning English for Primary students through games
3 STUDENTS FOR RESEARCHING
Students for researching are grade 3 students in Xuangiang Primary School – Thoxuan District - Thanh Hoa Province
4 METHODOLOGY
In this topic, I have to use the following research methods:
1-Method of theoretical studies
Reading of some books, references, find all documents related Internet, use games in English in the lesson
2-Method of investigation observations:
To study the subject in depth security, I have investigated the status of teaching and learning English in primary school , excitement of students in English Interviewed and attended English teacher organization, combined with professional groups and school administrators
3-Experimental teaching method:
I was conducted to teach English using all information related to content game lesson
4-Method of summarizing lessons learned:
After each lesson using forms of teaching in the subject, I usually summarize, draw
each more personal experience; continue to have the changes, accordingly innovation in the next lesson After each stage I always compare, draw summary for general experience

1 The basis of reasoning
Derived from the purpose , requirements and based on the rationale teaching - learning courses English primary language subjects in the general education environment , regulations on the content of essential aspects : education , ideological , moral , cultural cognitive and communication skills training in English The presence of this content is closely related to each other ,

Through outdoor activities, students are very closely to the teachers and which help both teachers and students to reduce stress they stand all day in teaching and learning
2 The status of the mater research.
2.1 Students
* Advantages
For primary school students, English is also a new and gentle knowledge, they are first introduced, so very excited Until now, the parents' consciousness and perspective on the importance of English are very advanced The investments in time as well as economic for this study are positive change so teaching English is less tedious
* Difficulties.
For primary school students,their background that acquire all the level is limited, they have not really experienced in self-learning and knowledge was also trying to convey Unable learning methods machinery but how they are easy
to understand and remember Teachers should give them the excitement of learning rather than forcing them to be porters in a rigid form, it will not bring the desired
effect, but also can lead to counterproductive
2.2 Teachers.
* Advantages:
The majority of schools pay attetion to English, invest facilities for teaching and learning Especially implementing professional activities linked to the English teacher very large effective teaching
* Difficulties:
Some teachers also have more limited in the teaching of English with using innovative methods, has not changed much expertise in teaching methods And the heavy textbook knowledge and the program, the teaching hours also bring many forms of machinery, no director spurt There are also a number of novice teachers with primary students to be confuse in the method Some views
on teaching methods in English has not been uniform, sometimes many unresolved controversy, leading to many difficulties to learning and teaching Therefore, learning results are not high
Although the headers were very interested in teaching and learning English in primary schools, There are also many difficulties in organizing the contest exchanges in English to motivate the development of movement Studying English at all educational levels, especially in primary school A playground rewarding with fun not only help them to learn from each other, but
Trang 8also to give them the motivation to learn and improve teachers' professional and enthusiastic about their achievements, if there is no real gain power to strive No chance for students and teachers to assess and confirm their results of their teaching and learning Besides the information specified in a number periods of weeks per teacher (23periods /1 week), the characteristic of this subject is to say much, so it little more influences in teachers' health To organize the learning activities for students, teachers have to invest a lot of time and effort in order to have the more truly scientific and effective English lesson
2.3 The result and efficiency of the situation:
From reality I have just made above have significant impacts on the quality of teaching and learning in English of students in primary school Some students were very scared when asked in English and professional learning English difficult to remember, hard to learn and difficult to write And teachers have no interest in this subject that should not lead to really love their job And the consequences for extremely serious when attending secondary school students do not excited with this course which leads to low learning outcomes
I had a small test of grade 3 sudents’ speaking skill at the mid first semester of the school year 2019-2020.Here is the result:

is not good, there are many students who have average speaking skill, the
number of good speaking skill is not high There are 2 students who have Poor
speaking skill
3 PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS
Solution 1: : Using songs and team activities to improve students’ speaking skill.
Solution 2: Using games to improve students’ speaking skill
Solution 3: Organize the playground English
Solution 4: Students give a speech individually about one specific topic such as: introduce yourself, introduce fammily members
Solution 5 Role play
The above results are not satisfactory for the capacity of the students, I have many concerns and find out the document, refer to past colleagues everywhere and learn from experiences through the lesson to replace teaching and learning Creatively explore practical applications enhance the quality of teaching and students' capacity to fulfill their fixed capital So I want to bring
my own experience to share with colleagues to improve the quality of teaching

Over time practical experience and psychological exploration in primary students I found most of the children were asked to sing and enjoy exciting activities So the organization of the games for the children while teaching is indispensable in teaching English to students at primary school age Learning methods and practical experience fun activities will help students deepen their knowledge and excitement in learning more
From the study of the psychological age for applying the method to teach
I myself had to look for news and reference materials in teaching and learning English to children in all forms, in accordance with the characteristics of subjects
Referred to teaching English through singing highly effective for primary school students, teaching dance in English or holding a playground for the children by subject, theme, clubs etc will be much more efficiency This is a playground that could relieve the pressure and stress in school for students and also give them alot of interesting and helpful lessons From the approach of teaching methods and boldly innovative applications in teaching, I have found the solution to their specific implementation of the following:
3.1 Using songs and team activities to improve students’ speaking skill.
During schooling hours, students have a short break time and they often
do a short exercise to transfer information I had to replace this activity with some songs or dance commands in English for students Singing and dancing at the same time help students deepen the words, sentences, better reflection activities This is the teaching method TPR (Total Physical Response)
+ They were singing and dancing by activities in English instead of the rigid physical activity whenever blank transfer information Specifically:
