I Objectives: By the end of this unit, Ss will be able to:

- Know the vocabulary about things in house and location: here, there, poster, bed,

chair, picture, coat, and ball.

- Ask and answer about location of things in the house, using Where’s the + N

(singular)? – It’s here/ there.

- Express their love for their house

II Teaching aids: Laptop, speakers, pictures.

III Procedure:

A Warm-up:

- Let students dance the song Baby shark

B New lesson:

Activity 1: Look, listen and repeat

Step 1: Set the scene:

- How many people are there in the pictures?

- Who are they?

- Where are they?

- What are they talking about?

Step 2: Share ideas

- Focus on the sentence pattern and lead in the new lesson

Step 3: Listen and repeat

- T plays the recording; Ss listen and repeat once or twice

- Let Ss repeat in chorus or in pair if necessary

**Q&A to check Ss’ understanding

** Observation and oral comment (focus on pronunciation)
