Step 1: Greeting in Vietnamese: teacher and students
Sing a song
Ask some questions in Vietnamese:
- What’s your name?
- Where do you live?
- What will we say when we meet someone at the first time?
B New lesson
Step 1: Introduce some greeting sentences suitable to period of time of day:
- Good morning
- Good afternoon
- Goodbye / bye
- Teacher
- Pupil/student
Teach new words
Introduce how to read these words
Step 2:
Ask Ss to read after teacher three times
Call some volunteers to read
Ask Ss to read individually
Ask Ss to read in pairs / groups
