1 Objectives : By the end of the lesson, sts will be able to:

- Distinguish the clusters /sl /, / sm /, / sn /, / sw/

- Pronounce the words and dialogues containing these clusters correctly

- Use relative pronouns with prepositions appropriately

2 Teaching aids:

- blackboard, chalk, handouts

- textbook, lesson plan

differences in producing them

words containing these clusters

3 Grammar

a Relative pronouns with prepositions.

* Presentation.

- T writes two examples about the relative

pronouns with the prepositions on the

board and asks sts to comment on them

Eg: - She is the woman to whom I gave

the money.

- The book about which you are

talking is very interesting.

- T elicits the comments from sts and

makes clear that:

+ Khi giới từ nằm ở cuối mệnh đề chúng ta

có thể bỏ ĐTQH và có thể dùng “that” thay

cho “who” và “which” trong MĐQH giới

hạn.

+ Khi giới từ nằm ở trước các ĐTQH thì

chúng ta không được lược bỏ ĐTQH và

không được dùng “who” và “that”.
