II Aims: This lesson aims to help students to:

- practice pronunciation: / pt / - / bd / - / ps / - / bz /

- learn the ways to write the sentences with “cleft sentences”

III Objectives: At the end of the course, students will be able to:

- pronounce / pt / - / bd / - / ps / - / bz /

- build sentences with “cleft sentences” such as subject focus, object focus, adverbial focus

IV Recent work: Students have finished Writing section - unit 13

V Materials: Tape-recorder, textbook, blackboard, chalks, handouts…

VI Methods:

- Communicative Language Teaching
