These are the first steps in planning a party:

- Choose a place to hold the party (at home or

restaurant)

- Set the number of guests (who to invite)

- Decide food and drink you want to serve at the

party

- Send the invitation cards (give the time, date,

address, directions, yours phone number….)

- Plan plenty of short game

- Have extra treats (some unexpected might show

up)

* Task 3 : Role-play

Think of the party you are going to plan:

- We are planning a party Let’s talk about what

each of us will do to prepare for it

- Let’s have a discussion about your party next
