To describe Electrical works associated with installation of concealed and exposed conduits for protection of power/communication cabling

Để miêu tả những việc về điện mà liên quan đến việc lắp đặt ống âm & ống nổi để bảo vệ cáp điện hoặc cáp thông tin.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORKS: PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC

This method statement covers works relating to areas having conduits running inside and outside concrete wall, brick wall, dry wall and floor slab Works are carried out basing on construction schedule and detailed shop drawings

Phương pháp này bao gồm những việc liên quan đến các khu vực có ống điện đi bên trong & bên ngoài tường bê tông, tường gạch, vách tường chắn và sàn Thực hiện những việc này dựa trên kế hoạch xây dựng và chi tiết bản vẽ.

4.0 SEQUENCE OF WORKS: TRÌNH TỰ CÔNG VIỆC

4.1 General: Đặc điểm chung

 The concealed conduits shall be manufactured from Polyvinyl Chloride and installed where having conduits running inside concrete walls, brick walls, dry wall and columns

 Oáng âm sẽ được chế tạo bằng nhựa tổng hợp PVC và được lắp đặt vào nơi có ống điện đi bên trong tường bê tông, tường gạch, vách chắn tường và những cột trụ.

 All conduit enters a box or fitting a bushing shall be provided to protect the wire from abrasion, unless design of box or fitting is such as to afford equivalent protection

 Tất cả các ống cho vào hộp hoặc đặt ống lót để bảo vệ dây điện chống mài mòn, trừ phi thiết kế hộp có khả năng bảo vệ tương đương.

 Conduits shall be installed with all field bends so made that structural integrity and electrical continuity is maintained

 Oáng sẽ được lắp đặt dưới dạng uốn cong vì vậy tình trạng toàn vẹn & liên tục điện được duy trì.

 Conduits shall be installed and supported in a rigid and satisfactory manner.

 Oáng sẽ được lắp đặt và gia cố để bảo đảm vững chắc.

 Where approved by the Engineer, embedded conduits shall be installed as close as to the middle of concrete slabs, walls, brick walls, columns and dry walls as practical without disturbing reinforcement in accordance with the following instruction:

4.2 Concealed PVC conduit installation work: Công việc lắp đặt ống PVC âm

4.2.1 Concealed conduit in concrete wall: Oáng âm ở tường bê tông

 Prepare tools and materials such as PVC conduit, junction box, accessories, spring bender, hand tools etc

 Chuẩn bị những dụng cụ & những vật tư như là: ống PVC, hộp mối nối, những linh kiện khác, máy uốn cong và những dụng cụ cầm tay.

 PVC conduits shall conform to BS EN 50086-2-1 standard or is approved by Hyder and PMB

 Oáng PVC sẽ làm theo tiêu chuẩn BS EN 50086-2-1 hoặc được phê duyệt bởi Hyder và PMB.

 The routing of concealed conduits shall be placed at the exact location of lighting switches, outlet boxes, floor/ceiling slab and according to approved shop drawings

 Use diamond cutter to cut the brick wall accurately the two marked lines
