I Objectives

1 Knowledge

- Pronounce correctly the sound of the letters “ir ” and “ ur” “ er”

* Language focus:

- Phonics: “ir” and “ ur” “ er”

2 Skills

- Develop listening, reading, writing skills

3 Attitude:

- Studious and obedient students and love their friends

II Teaching aids:

1 Teacher’s: T’s book, Ss’ book, computer, speakers, CDs, soft book and

projector (4A, 4C)

2 Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks

IV Procedure

1 Organization (1’)

- Greeting

- Checking for the students’ attendance.

2 Warm up (5’)

- Say greetings

- Have Ss play the game: Dictation

Ask ss play game in class, groups or pairs:

Eg: T: M-O-N-D-A-Y

SS: Say aloud: Monday
