1 So sánh hơn: (của tính từ ngắn)

Tính từ ngắn So sánh hơn của tính từ ngắn

fast (nhanh)

slow (chậm)

wide (rộng)

tall (cao)

short (ngắn/ thấp)

big (to)

small (nhỏ)

high (cao)

deep (sâu)

→ faster than ( nhanh hơn)

→ slower than (chậm hơn)

→ wider than (rộng hơn)

→ taller than (cao hơn)

→ shorter than (ngắn /thấp hơn)

→ bigger than (to hơn)

→ smaller than (nhỏ hơn)

→ higher than (cao hơn)

→ deeper than (sâu hơn)

Ex: A cheetah is fast er than a mouse (Một con báo đốm thì nhanh hơn một con chuột.)

(Thái Bình Dương là đại dương rộng nhất thế giới)

 Ghi nhớ: Với những tính từ tận cùng là “e”

- Khi đổi sang so sánh hơn: chỉ thêm “r”vào sau tính từ

VD: wide → wider

- Khi đổi sang so sánh nhất: chỉ thêm “st”vào sau tính từ

VD: wide → widest
