B TENSES
1 The simple Present tense:
every day , every morning , every month , always, usually, often, sometimes, seldom, never…
a) With “to be” :
KĐ S + be (am / is / are)
PĐ S + be (am / is / are ) + not
NV Be ( Am / Is / Are) + S ?
b) With ordinary verbs:
KĐ S + V / V -S / -ES
PĐ S + do not / does not + V
NV Do / Does + S + V ? Chú ý:
* Với những động từ tận cùng bằng O, S, Z, Sh, Ch chủ ngữ ở ngôi thứ 3 số ít ta phải thêm “
es “
* Động từ tận cùng bằng “y” ta phải đổi “y” ra “ i” trước khi thêm “es”
(study -> studies ; carry -> carries)
