Tính từ ngắn là tính từ đa số chỉ có một âm tiết ( tall/ short/ big/ small/ fast/ slow )
So sánh hơn của tính từ ngắn (comparative of short adjectives): là so sánh giữa 2 người, 2 vật hoặc
2 con vật
Ex: A cheetah is faster than a mouse (con báo thì nhanh hơn con chuột)
S1 + am/is/are + tt ngắn +ER + than + S2
So sánh nhất của tính từ ngắn ( superlative of short adjectives): là so sánh từ 3 người , 3 vật hoặc 3 con vật trở lên
Ex: The fastest animal in the world is the cheetah (Động vật nhanh nhất trên thế giới là con báo)
The + tt ngắn +est + am/ is / are + O
The cheetah is the fastest animal in the world
S + am/ is /are + the + tt ngắn + est
