B.GRAMMAR: NGỮ PHÁP
1 Phân biệt khi dùng “here” và “there"
Trang 2Ta dùng "here" chỉ nơi người nói hoặc người viết ở gần sát bên còn "there" chỉ nơi khác hoặc ở xa người nói hoặc người viết
2 Muốn hỏi và trả lời vị trí của đồ vật( ở số ít), ta thường dùng cấu trúc sau :
A: Where’s the … ? hoặc Where is the……?
B: It’s here ( vật ở gần).
It’s there ( vật ở xa ).
Ví dụ : Where’s the book ?
It’s here/ there.
3 Muốn hỏi và trả lời vị trí của đồ vật ( ở số nhiều) , ta thường dùng cấu trúc sau:
A: Where are the ………?
B: They’re + từ chỉ vị trí + ……
Ví dụ : Where are the books ?
They’re on the table.
4 Đổi danh từ số ít sang danh từ số nhiều:
a) danh từ số nhiều = danh từ số ít+ s
Ex: book —► books (những quyển sách), ball —> balls (những quả banh)
b) danh từ số nhiều = danh từ số ít + es
Đối với các danh từ tận cùng bằng s, ch, sh, ss, z và một số hiếm danh từ tận cùng bằng o
Ex: bus -> buses những chiếc xe buýt
watch -» watches những chiếc đồng hồ đeo tay
