they want to buy and do to prepare for a typhoon

Step 1: Warm up: (5 minutes)

Brainstorming:

- Have students think about what they do to prepare

for a typhoon

- Have students to go to the board and write down

Possible answers:

+ Check the doors and the windows.

+ Cut some branches of high trees in the garden or

around the house.

- Divide the students into two groups of four

- Have students talk about what they think they want

to buy and do to prepare for a typhoon; explain why

They can use the questions and the answers above

Besides, the ideas in the bubbles on page 77 can help

students talk easily

- Ask students to use the expressions in the box when

talking to one another

- Go around and help students Encourage students to
