ABSTRACT:

The image of a tourist destination is an important factor to attract tourists, creating the destination's competitiveness and being an effective tool lo promote tourism Destinations with more attractive images would attract more tourists to visit This research is to find out the relationship among the destination's image, electronic word of mouth and visitor's satisfaction Descriptive statistical methods, Cronbach's alpha Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and SEM linear structure analysis were used to carry out this research

By reviewing theories and conducting quantitative researches, ihis research'.s result show that (1) the destination's image has a direct and positive impact on satisfaction and electronic word of mouth of visitors; (2) The satisfaction has a direct and positive impact on visitors' electronic word

of mouth
