Summary
The research uses quantitative method to determine the influence of psychological capital, individual attributes on the work cohesion of bank staffs in Vietnam The results show that all four factors of psychological capital, including: Hope; Confidence; Adaptability; and Optimism have the positive impact on the work cohesion of bank staffs In addition, the study shows the impact of individual attributes on cohesion in the workplace At the same time, some solutions are proposed so that managers can use to increase their psychological capital and individual attributes in order to enhance the cohesion in bankers' work in Vietnam
