| am Yick Tan, since a very young age, | have been fascinated by the power of Feng

Shui My first encounter with Feng Shui has to thank an old man whom | happened

to meet in a coffee house He was sharing a Feng Shui testimonial with his friends

| really did not persuade my fascination of Feng Shui until | have graduated as an engineer from Canada Traditional Feng Shui was shaded under a lot of myths and mysticisms As an engineer, | determine to investigate the myths and find the truth

| know | can't prove Feng Shui exists nor non-exists using scientific method, but |

method is static analysis | have blown a lot of myths apart But, | have not stopped seeking For me, the quest is unending because of our fast changing environment

WHY | AUTHOR THIS BOOK?

The aim | author this book is to help you select a house with good Feng Shui During

my years of consultation experience, | discover a lot of people actual did not buy the

correct house 90% of the houses | have consulted do not have good Feng Shui

They bring bad luck to my clients With the proper guidance, everyone should be

able to select a good Feng Shui house for themselves

WHAT IS FENG SHUI?

Feng means the wing and Shui means the water When the wing and water combines, it forms energy Therefore, Feng Shui is the study of the flow of energy

(or the Chinese called it the “Qi”) in our living environment “Qi” is invisible to our eyes but it does affect our well being

Surrounding environment If not, we will have to create one

Nowadays, a house with good Feng Shui is not easy to come by Most of the developers have focused on the good look design of a house rather than a good living house As such, a lot of houses are designed not according to the Feng Shu Principles It causes the occupants to have illnesses and mishaps

Through out my practical experience, | have met many people who were doing well while they were staying in the old house but their business went downward once they moved in to their new bungalows Upon checking the Feng Shui of their old and new houses, | find that the old house had good Feng Shui and the new house has bad Feng Shui

work | have personally come across two clients using the same Feng Shui method, but it works for client A but did not work for client B Why is that? Actually, it comes

to the professionalism of the Feng Shui masters Many Feng Shui practitioners only want to close sales They will promise heaven and earth even if the house does not have good Feng Shui When it comes to delivery, it is a mess

There are two type of Feng Shui for houses: the interior and the exterior

The exterior is the natural environment If it is not good, it is extremely hard to

make changes Simply because you don't have the necessary resources to move

mountains and alter rivers This is where a lot of the Feng Shui masters have neglected They have only focus on the interior Feng Shui

The interior is the placement inside the house From this perspective, every

house can apply Feng Shui by rearranging the placement of the door, stove, bed and etc But what a lot of Feng Shui Master did not tell you is that, if the exterior Feng

Shui is no good, the interior Feng Shui can’t produce enough good “Qi” to bring

health, wealth and happiness to your family

The reason being, the natural environment is 100 and 1000 times bigger than your

house No matter how you work on the interior, you really can't fight it And, this is one of the determining factors why some Feng Shui works and some other don't despite using the same method
