tiêu, phương tiện, phương pháp, kĩ thuật, thời gian dự kiến, và tiến trình tổ chức hoạt động
Câu 3: (7 điểm)
Anh chị hãy đọc đề bài viết luận sau đây và thực hiện các yêu cầu đưa ra:
An increasing number of people are now using the Internet to meet new people and socialise
Some people think this has brought people closer together while others think people are becoming more isolated.
Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

Anh/chị hãy sử dụng một phần hay toàn bộ ngữ liệu sau để thiết kế 01 bài tập rèn luyện kỹ
năng đọc hiểu cho đối tượng học sinh THPT (tối thiểu 5 câu hỏi, kèm theo câu trả lời, sử dụng câu hỏi trắc nghiệm đa lựa chọn – multiple-choice questions)

Trang 2Reading books gives us a peace of mind, satisfaction, courage and confidence It also gives us happiness and makes us a learned person A habitual reader of books becomes an intelligent person He knows more than the others about this world Books have many new ideas, notions and arguments, so the reader can solve his or her problems in a better way than the others Books give us food for thought Bacon has correctly said that some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested
Social Science gives the knowledge of human society to the reader Sociology tells how the human society is constructed? What are the basic pillars of human society? What are the social groups, ethnic groups and cultural groups in society? What is the role of religion in human society? What is meant by State? What are the organs of the state? What are the institutions which control and affect human society? What are the connection, association, relation and concern between an individual and rest of the society? How social groups interact with each other?
Anthropology gives the guidance about humans and society It tells the reader correlation between indigenous people in remote locations of the world The origin of Civilization, the development of different conventions, customs, folklore and especially the development of culture, religious belief systems and language are discussed in Anthropology Economics reveals to the reader the concepts about money, market, banking and the relationship of demand and supply What are the causes of price hike and what are the prices and wages mechanism? It tells how sustainable economic development can be achieved for the country?
On the other hand reading Natural Sciences develops another kind of taste, the taste
of scientific reasoning, experimentation, empirical methods of science and curiosity Natural Science tells about the laws of universe, the laws of nature, which governs this universe Biology describes how genetics affects on next upcoming generations and about the evolution of different species Whereas Chemistry narrates chemical reactions between different elements and compounds which make new things and new substances? Physics discloses the relationship of matter and energy, electricity, laws of motion and the basic particles which are the building blocks of this universe These all are natural sciences
The quantity and variety of reading material available to us are really enormous There are books of all kinds Books discussing topical matters, books on romance, love, sex and marriage, books on self improvement and personal management, books on health and hygiene and books of personalities of the times, as well as purely literature books including drama, poetry, prose and fiction provide the reader knowledge and life experiences of the other people The variety and number of magazines and periodicals are equally amazing Story magazines, picture magazines, film journals Literary periodicals, magazines on fashions in dress and hair style, political magazines, there is no end to them Each of these types has its admiring readers who would rather miss a meal than their favorite weekly, fortnightly or monthly

Thiết kế hoạt động cuả giáo viên phải đạt được những tiêu chí sau:
1 Xác định chính xác mục tiêu của hoạt động, bao gồm:
- Gv phải xây dựng được hoạt động warm –up gắn với chủ đề Listening
lesson (về cầu thủ Pele) hoặc gắn với chủ đề Unit 14 (World Cup) hoặc
gắn với chủ đề thể thao Qua hoạt động warm-up giáo viên phải dẫn
dắt được học sinh đi vào chủ đề, nội dung của Listening lesson – Unit
14
- GV phải trình bày hoạt động dạy từ mới trước khi nghe

đồ dùng dạy học…) dùng cho hoạt động dạy từ mới

GV phải hướng dẫn hs:
- nắm được cấu trúc chung của một bài luận gồm 3 phần: Introduction,
Body và Conclusion
- trong phần Introduction và Conclusion nói chung cần nêu được vấn đề gì,
với đề bài này thì cần làm rõ / chốt lại (những) vấn đề gì
- phần body thông thường cần có mấy ý, với đề bài cụ thể này thì nên có
mấy ý chính, là những ý nào

- Về ideas GV phải elicit được từ học sinh 2 main ideas là advantages và
disadvantages của việc using the Internet to meet new people and
socialise; từ 2 ý chính đó phải elicit được các supporting ideas cho mỗi ý

- Về language GV phải giúp hs chọn ra được những từ / cấu trúc phù hợp,
chính xác và hay GV cũng phải giúp hs chọn lọc các từ/ cụm từ để chuyển
3 Trình bày dàn ý chi tiết cho phần thân bài
GV phải trình bày được:
Body: +) Topic sentence của main idea 1 (advantages: this has brought
people closer together) và các supporting ideas.
+) Topic sentence của main idea 2 (disadvantages: people are becoming
more isolated) và các supporting ideas.

Câu 4: (3 điểm)
Đề yêu cầu GV ra tối thiểu 5 câu hỏi trắc nghiệm kèm câu trả lời, như vậy giám khảo tùy vào số lượng câu hỏi giáo viên đưa ra để chia điểm cho từng câu Lưu ý: Điểm cho mỗi câu hỏi đúng và mỗi đáp án đúng bằng nhau
Giám khảo lưu ý: Câu hỏi trắc nghiệm phải đúng về ngữ pháp, cách dùng từ, nội dung bám sát bài đọc hiểu và các câu hỏi không trùng lặp thì mới được tính điểm tối đa Nếu câu hỏi đặt ra không đáp ứng đủ các yêu cầu trên thì giám khảo linh hoạt trừ điểm
