Human beings are the most important factor in determining theorganization's success Therefore, the problem of choosing and using labour isthe important thing that organizations need to care and invest
However, not all businesses focus on hiring jobs There are manylimitations and lack of professionalism from the recruitment process It istherefore more interested in recruiting or improving the recruitment work on thetop is essential
As a company in the field of education Key Group Trading Joint-stockcompany is in need of teachers, quality assistants and enthusiasm Orcontingent of departments and managers of high level centers Therefore, therecruitment in the center has been perfected, to meet the needs of personnel forthe company itself

2 Environmental research
The human resources of the Key Group Trading JSC are mostly youthforces from 18-32 years old; this is an advantage of the company BecauseLabor is too young, lack of experience or cooperation attitude in the work isinevitably low Also, the staffs are always rich in creativity, constantly giveideas to improve the quality of service of Key Group and expand the field ofoperation of the company
The staffs working at Key Group is relatively diverse, suitable for eachdifferent job segment The employees have a Master, Bachelor or intermediatedepending on the position of the company

HR Manager and assistant is not the person who has long-term workexperience in the HR field, or a graduate of HR management But they all havecertain experiences about the management or training of new staff

In 2018 – 2020, the company took advantage of both two sources: internalrecruitment sources and external recruitment sources But the company mainlyfocuses on external sources

- The number of records to be applied to the positions of the company from theexternal sources, the increasing screening rate, in which the position of staff Telesaleshas the most applications The reason is that this position does not require experienceand does not require a degree; the level should attract more candidates’ applicants thanother positions in the company The number of records received in the company'spositions also tends to increase rapidly over the years That's how the company'srecruitment positions are increasingly attracting applicants
Internal recruitment sources of the company
- The company rarely uses the internal recruitment source, only use it withmanagement titles or when they cannot recruit
- The company announces public recruitment, a transparent internal companythrough: Direct notification, an announcement on the company group
- The company will be based on the results of the work and the achievementsthat workers achieve to proceed with the promotion in the position is empty
3.2 The actual selection status
Currently, Key Group Trading Joint Stock Company is applying thefollowing process with different vacancies in the company

- The number of satisfactory documents for the company increased rapidly in 3years This shows that information on recruiting human resources through outsiderecruitment sources of the company attracts a large number of candidates
- However, the number of unsatisfactory records has not decreased in 3 specificyears: In 2018, there were 32 records, in 2019 there were 35 records, in 2020 thenumber of unsatisfactory records was 45 records The number of applications isunsatisfactory because many recruitment notices of the company are incomplete withjob-related information, the recruitment information is very general

Through the above table 6, we can see that:
- The number of candidates who did not participate in the interview was mainlydue to objective reasons such as having found another job, due to busy work, etc.However, the number of candidates who did not participate in the interview was foundyear tends to decrease This shows that the work of sending invitations to interviewswith the company is increasingly effective

- Through the above table 6, we can see that:
- The percentage of candidates passing the interview is not high
- There was no increase over the years: in 2017 it was 52.58%, but in 2018 and
2019, the trend was decreasing, respectively 48.07% and 39.74%
- When candidates pass the interview round, the Human Resources departmentwill send a job invitation letter to the candidates on the day of the interview
- After sending the invitation, the HR department will call to notify thecandidate that they have been accepted, congratulate them and ask them to check theemail and respond to the email that the company has sent

4 Survey

Through the above survey table, we can see that:
- The number of employees of Key Group has increased rapidly in recent years,specifically:
- In 2018, it increased by 30.95% (equivalent to 38 people) compared to 2017
- In 2019, it increased by 37% (corresponding to 74 people) compared to 2018
- The number of employees increased so rapidly because the company expandedmore facilities, so it is necessary to promptly add qualified employees to meet theneeds when taking on new tasks suitable to the development of the company
