I find it difficult I am just trying to sleep enough and get up a little early in the morning to have some morning exercises I rarely drink coffee and alcohol I sometimes go swimming and go
jogging Ah, I never smoke, either I think no smoking can help a lot
If I have time, I would like to take up gym

Well, California Fitness & Yoga is big sports center near where I live
Trang 4I think that playing sport can have better health and nicer shape We can also avoid getting old and it’s a great way to reduce stress as we can always feel relaxed Besides, it helps me more concentrate
on our work I joined an aerobics class two years ago I often do it three times a week with my friends This center is very big with a variety of sports so I think I'll play another sport for a change I will choose tennis because I have to move much when playing it I'm not worried about overweight despite eating much I will keep playing sports until I’m too old
