Là chương trình TA được biên soạn tiếp theo chương trình TA ở bậc tiểu học Quan tâm đến 4 kĩnăng: nghe, nói, đọc, viết Trong đó chú trọng phát triển 2 kĩ năng: nghe và nói ( Kiểm tra thườngxuyên chủ yếu dành cho kĩ năng nói)
