IV.CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS:
This route is sole alternative route for trucking goods from Vietnam port to site However the roads from Nam Can border gate to Muong Kham T Juntion and Nam Neun T Juntion to job site have been deteriorated much with many dangerous points and making the difficulties in operation of transport as above pictures.
For stator of 65 tons, we must use hydraulic trailer of 8 axles minimum to transport to Nam Neun T Juntion and doing many works at this area before moving to site Use 2 prime movers to pull trailer through the hill.
