CT is a central, permanent and long-term political task that is crucial toimproving the quality of synthesis, qualifications, combat readiness, combatstrength and the work of stockpiling forces; prepare to fight in an active andmost effective way of the brigades of the naval ship Just as President HoChi Minh once taught: "Soldiers are very much like knives and guns,without being frequently cleaned, they will soon be damaged"
The leadership of the task of Ct is a matter of principle, ofbasic functions, regular tasks, and is the main and very importantcontent of the leadership of the brigade of the naval ship’s partycommittee The leadership of the Party Committee is the basic factordetermining the quality and effectiveness of the CT of the brigade ofthe naval ship Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the CTand build strong and comprehensive naval ship brigade, it is essential

The conception: The CT of the naval ship brigade is the operating system of commanders, units and agencies
