I had the opportunity to practice in the company's project department As one
of the important parts of the company, the project department contributes a greatpart to the success of the company Not only does it require a deep understanding ofthe trading market but also a need for consumers' essential needs so that thecompany can make successful plans and projects Since the establishment, theproject department has always endeavored in perfecting the development of thecompany with dynamic and creative staffs
With the work related to project management, the project department isresponsible for the planning, organization, management and supervision of theproject development process to ensure that the projects are completed on time,quality assurance Also achieving specific project goals and set goals

2.2 The difficulties in internship process and lessons.
Every job requires a certain level of expertise So for every new employee tothe company will have a lot of difficulties and challenges they face Just like I willhave to try hard to learn a lot to be able to adapt to the job as quickly as possible It
is a way to show people that you are a keen learner, with a high sense ofresponsibility It will also make people have a better view of you There aredifficulties and mistakes so we can change, develop and improve ourselves I will
be able to accumulate experience at work and draw valuable lessons for myself.This will help you have a better overview of the work you will do and will help you
be more successful in the future
2.2.1 The difficulties in internship process.
As a new member of the team, I had a lot of difficulties getting used to thework as well as the employees of the company As an inexperienced person, I had toask and learn a lot from my predecessors I find it quite difficult to ask a questionbecause I can bother others because I ask too much There are a number of peoplewho seem both amused and annoyed to teach me This makes it hard for me to learnmore as well as easily getting along with the team
Communication is an essential ability in every job But it was a big challengenot only for me but also for other interns In a new and more specialized work
Trang 12environment than before, it will be very difficult to be comfortable asking questionsfor the fear of being judged by people around.
Everything is more difficult in part because of my timid personality I canhardly get used to the new working environment with people I do not know Thathas hindered a lot during my learning and acquiring knowledge Moreover, it is nottoo active in implementing and expressing ideas, so there was much discomfort indiscussion as well as in group work Because of this personality, I was unable todevelop to my full potential
The working environment is far different from the lessons in the school so it isdifficult to adapt The work that the leader required me to do requires a lot of skills.This made me feel very pressured I was bewildered and didn't know how to get thejob done Because I have absolutely no knowledge of it
The problem many interns have to face is time pressure For students who areaccustomed to "the night trying to wake up every minute, the morning trying tosleep every second" like me, working and living on a fixed time schedule is reallydifficult Working means absolutely obeying the rules of the workplace, no longersleeping or watching movies, playing video games until late at night Thecompany's strict time makes it impossible to adapt in the first week and sometimesyou will be punished if you are late
Also because of being a intern, the voice is not respected In the eyes ofeveryone in the company, I'm just an apprentice, so sometimes it is very difficult tospeak or give opinions This has greatly restricted self-development in theprofessional environment Feeling nervous and small when working as a beginner.Moreover, it is a working style as well as a highly professional workingenvironment As an intern, I have not had many opportunities to interact with a
Trang 13discuss only those who they think are talented in the group, or put their opinions outwithout others to participate They think they are doing the right thing and doing thejob well without discussing it with the group members As an intern, I alwayswanted to learn but some couldn't get along with the team and were tooconservative about my ideas This has made it difficult not only for me but also forthe team members to have a perfect project Receiving other people's ideas or ideas
is an effective way for a task or project to be completed more objectively This isalso an important factor causing divisions among groups There is no harmony oruniformity of thinking This has made it difficult for a trainee like me to develop myskills because of an uncomfortable and friendly working environment
2.2.2 The lessions.
A new job is an exciting start, which means you have to integrate into a newworking environment, new working conditions, new colleagues and also new jobs.And of course, during my internship, in order not to be left behind, I had to try ashard as possible to overcome the difficulties and barriers, in order to become a morecompetent person Here are some lessons I learned during my internship at thecompany
Create good relationships with friends and colleagues in the company In anycompany, new recruits often have a certain amount of time to study and get used tothe job at the company Therefore, during this time, you are not put too much on thejob or personal achievements, so take advantage of it to learn about the company,especially the colleagues who will accompany you in the way to come Even if youare less social with people around, always shy and introverted During this time,overcome yourself, ignore your ego, try to get acquainted with your new colleagues.These will be the ones who will give you a better understanding of the company,help you in the apprenticeship process, show you the problems that need to avoidwhile working in the company, introduce you to get acquainted with many othercolleagues
Join in for company lunches When you blend in with a group, at that time,people will help you integrate faster They will ask you questions and vice versa
