INTRODUCTION

1 The necessary of the thesis

Our Party has affirmed that "Education is the cause of the entire people" That means the entire population is responsible for participating

in the education process A career is meant to mean education needs to be conducted over a long period of time Following the Party's guidelines, education levels and branches have been concretized into specific normative documents, programs and plans The closer and more coordinated the school, the family, and the society, especially the school and family, is to the educational effect for students

Ethical and legal education activities are a long-term and highly interactive process In particular, the formation and development of personality and the sense of law observance in students are influenced by many aspects such as schools, families, and society Each force has its own methods and ways of education with its own strengths and weaknesses Therefore, the problem posed here for researchers is to promote positive aspects while limiting the negative to effectively implement the coordination between schools with families for education, especially ethical, legal education for the students

In Viet Nam, the position, the role of ethical education, legal education and the link between them are generally not clearly and fully understood The subject of civic education, also known as moral education for many years, is still one of the least time-allocated subjects, students often focus on natural or social subjects without paying attention to ethics education Hanoi, which its position as a cultural, educational, political and economic center of the whole country, has a responsibility to be at the forefront of all fields In the field of education

is no exception Students at all levels in general and junior high school students in Hanoi today must be the leading examples in learning in general, practicing moral qualities, and observing laws in particular Thereby, gradually striving to become good citizens, people "both pink and professional" - as Uncle Ho taught However, besides the

positive results, due to the condition of early and frequent contact with various sources of information and images on the media, it must be acknowledged that there are still phenomena and practices violating ethical standards, even breaking the law among students in Hanoi There are many causes for this situation, and one of the reasons is that the coordination and management activities with the family have not yet shown the role and importance in ethical and legal education for students Besides, the demand for educational innovation requires more

of the students in terms of skills, communication, and social behavior Because of the lack of coordination with the school from the family, many students have not regularly trained at home the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom

Moreover, the management of schools and families in education, especially in moral education, the law for students is still done in a traditional way Faced with the development of society, the management and coordination of the school with the family in ethical and legal education for students have revealed limitations, lack of uniformity and inefficiency High school principals are not fully aware of the importance

of school and family coordination; The necessity of ethical and legal education for students Stemming from such inadequate awareness, managers have not come up with an effective management model of school-school coordination relationships with families

research and the situation of coordinating school management with families in ethical and legal education for junior high school students in Hanoi, the thesis proposes coordinated management solutions schools and families in ethical education, the law contributes to improving the quality of school cooperation with families in ethical education, a sense

5 New contributions of the thesis

5.1 Theoretical contribution

The thesis clarifies the content of ethics, laws, ethical education, legal education, the concept of school coordination with family, the content of the management schools coordination with families in ethical, legal education for students in general education meet the current educational renovation requirements The thesis uses a process approach

in managing school and family coordination in ethical and legal education for junior high school students and contributes to supplementing the theoretical basis for collaborative management model schools with families in ethical and legal education for junior high school students

Through surveying and analyzing the situation, the thesis has pointed out the inadequacies in schools coordinating with families in ethical, legal education and managing this coordination activity in secondary schools Hanoi City Thereby, the thesis has analyzed and found the cause of this situation They are: the school coordination mechanism with the family is not yet complete; Objectives, contents and modes of coordination in some cases have not been agreed; Not yet renovated the method of school coordination with families Since then, the thesis proposes solutions to manage schools and families in ethical and legal education for secondary school students in general and in Hanoi city in particular effectively and conveniently

6 Theoretical and Practical significances of the thesis

6.1 Theoretical significances

Coordinate management to approach the process in line with the characteristics of the school and family coordination activities in ethical and legal education for students, especially before the current educational innovation requirements

Students' families need to be seen as an important force in the school education process In order to improve the quality of ethical and legal education for junior high school students, it is necessary to promote the role of the student's family in class activities as well as experiential activities organized by the school

Coordination of schools with families in ethical and legal education for junior high school students depends on many factors, of which the decisive factor is to renovate the method of coordinating schools with family, diversified content coordination

The synchronous combination of management solutions for goals, content, methods and coordination process will contribute to improving the quality of ethical and legal education for junior high school students

6.2 Practical Significances

In addition to the positive results in learning, practicing morality, the sense of compliance with the law of the majority of students, there are still some cases of violations of rules and regulations related to the law

Some researches have not clarified the content of coordination, principles of coordination, analysis, clarified the content of managing school coordination with families in education for students The dissertation has been largely chosen by research topics and research projects related to the relationship between schools and families in the direction of approaching an appropriate management model

the past However, it is difficult to apply in the current context The analysis of the survey data is conducted mainly by statistical methods, calculating the average value However, the large tolerance of results has led to assumptions and analysis in the subjects and research works that are not guaranteed to be reliable Therefore, in practical research, it is necessary to select algorithms so that the obtained results ensure the highest reliability

Based on the theory of management of ethical education, legal education as well as the relationship of school cooperation with the family, the author's thesis focuses on developing and perfecting the system of theory and public concept research tool on managing relationships of schools with families in ethical and legal education for students

On the basis of current research, the thesis assesses and analyzes the situation of conducting school-family relationships in ethical and legal education for junior high school students in Hanoi From that point out the advantages and limitations; analyze the causes of the limitations

in managing the schools coordination with families in ethical, legal education for students, propose solutions to meet current educational renovation requirements: Strengthen renovating methods of schools coordinating with families in ethical, egal education for students

CHAPTER 2: THEORETICAL BASIS OF MANAGING SCHOOL COORDINATION WITH FAMILIES IN ETHICAL AND LEGAL EDUCATION FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS 2.1 The basical definitions

2.1.1 Definition of ethic and law

Ethics is a special form of social consciousness comprising a system of opinions, concepts, rules, principles, social norms It was born, existed and transformed from the demand of society, so that people voluntarily adjust their behavior to suit the interests, happiness of people and the progress of society in the relationship relations between people and people, between individuals and society

Ethical education is a process of forming and developing students' awareness, affection, beliefs, behaviors and ethical habits under purposeful, planned and organized impacts on contents, methods and means suitable to educational subjects in a certain socio-economic environment

Legal education is a oriented, organized and purposeful activity of

an educational subject that affects an educational subject in order to create a family of legal knowledge, emotions and appropriate behaviors according to the current law

2.1.3 Definition of school and family

The school is a unique social organization with strict structural structure with special tasks: "raising the intellectual level, training human resources, discovering and fostering talents for the country."

The family is a specific social institution, a social cell, a place where people live, grow and form their personalities, the family is the basis for upholding the race and the basis for youth education
