of lecturers, especially those of social science and humanities.Talking about the role of lecturers in ensuring the politics ineducation and training, VI Lenin affirmed: “In any school, the mostimportant thing is the political and ideological orientation conveyed

in each lessons What determines that direction? The decisive factor

is the lecturers” At military officers' schools, along with other

pedagogical forces, young lecturers of social sciences and humanitiesdirectly participate in the training of qualified army officers wellfulfilling their tasks after graduation With the functions and tasks ofteaching majors, the young lecturers of social sciences andhumanities need to have sharp, scientific the political thinking toaffirm the nature of science, revolution, protection and masterdevelopment Marxist - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology, Partyviews, lines, policies and laws of the State, directly contribute tomaintaining the Party's ideological foundation, consolidatingscientific and revolutionary beliefs for the trainees who are training

Theoretical basis: The thesis is based on the views of Marxism

- Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s thought; the Party's views, and the State'slaw on building the military in terms of politics, education andtraining, building and promoting the teaching staff at militaryofficers’ schools Simultaneously, the thesis makes use of the results

of scientific works published previously

Practical basis: The thesis conducts the related surveys on the

political thinking of the young lecturers of social sciences and humanities

at military officers' schools of the Vietnam People's Army The thesis alsoexplores leadership resolutions, summary reports on education andtraining and some other activities at military officers' schools

Research methodology: The thesis is based on the

methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism;use specific methods such as systems and structures, analysis andsynthesis, sociological surveys, information collection and processingmethods, expert consultancy The thesis approach is mainly from aphilosophical - political perspective

is a reflection of political reality, the regularities of political realityfor the sake of different classes’ interests The political thinking is aspecial aspect of human thinking that plays a huge role in practicalactivities These works have pointed out the regulatory factors for thepolitical thinking of young teachers of social sciences and humanities

Secondly, these works have evaluated the current situation of
