- White wine: 4tbsp-Coconut milk: 5tbsp
-Shredded Coconut: 50g
1 Soak sticky rice – water-six to eight hours
2 rinse rice –drain
3 Add the white wine + Gac seek – mix well
4 Mix the sticky rice / the gac seeks/ some salt , wait- 10 mins
5 Steam – 30mins – check cooked
6 Serve

This delicious dish is very easy to make First , you need to soak the sticky rice in water for at least six hours ………
1 rinse rice –drain /well 1 Then rinse the rice and drain it well +

salt / mix/well Wait /10 minutes

seeds Then, mix the sticky rice, the “gac”
seeds and some salt together and wait for
10 minutes.

4 sugar / Coconut milk/ check that

It is very simple to make “ Xoi Gac”

“gac” seeds before you squeeze them tightly Then, mix the sticky rice, the “gac” seeds and some salt together thoroughly
and wait for 10 minutes
The next step is to steam the mixture for at least 30 minutes
Remember to check if it is fully cooked before gently mixing
in the sugar and Coconut milk After steaming it for 5 minutes
