Stratum basale Consists of a single layer of cuboidal cells in contact with the basament mambrane that undergo mitosis; contains pigment-producing melanocytes

(1) Luôn đổi mới và thay đổi dần hình thể

(2) Trục tế bào: thằng đứng ® ngang

(3) Nhân tế bào: hư biến dân ® cuối cùng ko còn nhân

(4) Càng lên cao tế bào càng nhiễm các hạt sừng

(5) ko có mạch máu, nuôi dưỡng bằng thẩm thấu, thần kinh chỉ phân nhánh đến lớp đáy
