1 The urgency of the topic
The role of teachers in modern society is defined as both an educator, a cultural activist, a service provider, a researcher and a learner, so they must constantly broadcast develop your professional capacity by studying practical improvement effects This fact requires that universities of pedagogy need to have changes in the training process, focusing on developing professional capacities for future teachers, especially self-learning and self-learning capabilities study to improve yourself
